Weatherby 300 Mag

Chief AJ meet Roy Weatherby way back in '57 at the Weatherby Rifle Shop on Firestone Blvd. in LA, CA.  The two Riflemen hit it off at once.  Roy Weatherby himself told Chief AJ that someday Chief AJ would take a trophy big game animal with a Weatherby Rifle. (at that time AJ could not even afford a box of Wby ammo, a Pvt. in the USMC)

50 years ago this is the way Roy Weatherby introducted his Big Game Rifle in 300 Wby Mag by blowing down trees with one round.
