ORGANIZATIONAL NEWS BULLETIN

January 22, 2009, John ("Chief AJ") Huffer,
founder and CEO of the National Slingshot
Association, designated his first NSA
State Representative (Florida), Michael
A. Ross, as his Deputy Chief of Operations.
"Mike" is encouraging all
state representatives to communicate
with him and all other state representatives, by
e-mail and/or telephone, to share ideas and
experiences, to ask questions and receive
answers. Please provide him and the other state
representatives with your facsimile number, if
any, to facilitate the dissemination of
information which is not e-mailable.
Mike has crafted and will fax to you
a "Waiver of Liability/Hold Harmless" form which
would protect you, the
NSA, the venue, the sponsor, the first
responder ambulance/rescue team, and the
participants in NSA events, from being sued due
to an unfortunate and unforeseen circumstance.
