7/15/2010 Yesterday Chief AJ and Slingshots USA "Pro-Staffer" Glenn Trame spent the day on the river bank with slingshots and camera. Here is the total shot from hunting the target to drawing the slingshot to landing the prey

ANNUALIZE THE SHOT:

1. Thumb and forefinger up on forks

2. Target in the "Sight Window" formed by the web of shooters hand.

3. As shooter draws the tubes back the target is "line up".

4. The shooter does NOT HOLD but as soon as pouch is back to shooters' ANCHOR, Glenn lets go and followers through to watch the arrow or ball hit the target.

5. Note: Height of drawing elbow, that is just like USMC offhand Rifle Shooting position of the elbow.

7/6/10 I want to tell you about my shooting friend Brain from Central IL. Brain is a real marksman and shoots Chief AJ rifles, bb guns. His daughter Allison shoots trap with her Cheif AJ BB gun. Then Brain gets an HFX slingshot with out the reel seat. June 30 finds Brain at Lake of the Ozarks on family vacation. He happen to have His HFX with Him and the first thing He saw in Lake of the Ozarks was a 26" Carp swimming so Brain used what He had with Him. Brain took a new Muzzy fishing arrow out of the package, tied the line from a fishing rod and reel to the arrow and shot the Carp.

Brain has so much fun shooting fish that He went back at dark with a light rubber banded to His hat. Brain is getting the reel seat and Stabalight now. This is the very highth of fish shooting season, get out there. AJ

New Hunting & Fishing Adventure

5/15/10 Lake Shelbyville, Wolf Creek Illinois State Park "Youth Festival" We shot in the Rain and Mud with our Slingshots. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Cub packs and more Boys and Girls were taught by Chief AJ to hit flying targets with a slingshot. In order to get into the finals each had to hit a flying target:

Then we had a 40 minute "Sudden Death" shoot out with all the many that had hit a flying target. We were shooting 50 cal paint balls that did splat on the flying saucers.

After hitting more flying targets that all the rest: 10 year old Jakob Conrad of Edgewood Pack 116 led by Charity Higgs won the Chief AJ HFX hunting & fishing slingshot.

Last July 26th, 2009 Chris was Chief AJ and JV's Hawaiian Guide when JV took a slingshot Polynesian Pig. The Chief left a prototype HFX with Chris and a assignment to use it.
