Take the Arrow Rest assembly off of the HFX frame as in photo and now you have a piece of strength building equipment. Cary it around with you and pull a few times every day. Soon you will be pulling like an Iron Man. With the arrow rest assembly off you can also dry fire. You may want to start this regiment with the black tubes #35. (The Black tubes can be shortened to become 45# even)
